Architectural, structural, and tectonic developments in timber construction were explored through the use of advanced robotic fabrication technologies.
Thanks to Stuttgart and Tongji University's support and the collaboration with engineer Chris van der Ploeg, we collaborated in the design of an organic and modular system. Supported by a series of small timber components, this project shifts away from the traditional linear properties of the timber construction industry towards novel architectural and structural designs.
